GRAHAM secures national framework

GRAHAM has been appointed to the four-year, £8Bn Procure Partnerships National Framework, devleoped to support the delivery of public sector facilities across England and Wales.

Procure Partnerships is structured around ten regional frameworks, divided into 20 lots to provide local delivery with national governance. GRAHAM has been appointed to nine lots, consisting of six lots for works valued at £4M-£12M in Yorkshire, East Midlands, East of England, London and South East, and three lots for contracts over £12M in value across the East of England, London and South East.

The framework has been developed for use by organisations across the public sector including local authorities, NHS Trusts and education providers at all levels, and started operating with a pilot in the North West last year, which GRAHAM was one of the delivery partners for.

Robbie Blackhurst, Framework Director for the Procure Partnerships Framework, said: “We have been working with GRAHAM across the North West Region of the Procure Partnerships Framework over the past 14 months and have been impressed with their engagement and openness at framework level coupled with strong project delivery performance. GRAHAM’s inclusion on the Procure Partnerships National Framework is testament to their wealth of public sector experience and proven track record, we are looking forward to developing the relationship further over the next four years.”

GRAHAM’s Framework Director, Keith Hayes, said: “The Procure Partnerships Framework has been hugely successful since its 2018 launch and we’re pleased that the model has now been rolled out nationally. With a strong regional office network and a proven track record in delivering public sector projects that facilitate the growth of our towns and cities, we hope to bring forward more successful development over the next four years.”

The news follows GRAHAM’s recent appointment to the £30Bn Crown Commercial Services (CCS) framework, which is the first ever government-led construction arrangement allowing all of the public sector to facilitate the construction of new schools, hospitals, office buildings, universities, prisons, and houses, without having to undertake individual procurement exercises. To date, GRAHAM has been selected for nine lots covering Building and Maritime Civil Engineering works in Scotland and Northern Ireland.
