Commercial law firm TLT has advised Sci-Tech Daresbury on its plans to build 42,000 sq feet of Grade A office space in order to support the local economy.
The new scheme will see the construction of two buildings which will provide 12,000 sq ft each and one building will provide 18,000 sq ft along with major landscaping improvements around the site.
The latest phase in the new expansion off the world-leading science and innovation campus which was formed in 2006 and has become a public-private joint venture between the developers at Langtree, the Science and Technology Facilities Council and Halton Borough Council in 2010.
The new office development, worth £15 million, will help Sci-Tech to continue their mission to drive discovery, as well as opening up new commercial opportunities and delivering high value jobs and sustainable economic growth.
TLT partner Jahanara Hussain advised Sci-Tech Daresbury on the construction agreements.
The project is funded by the Chrysalis Fund (part of Liverpool City Region Local Enterprise Partnership) as part of wider, ongoing work to kick start redevelopment within the region.
