Construction on a new 184 home development multi-million investment by Persimmon Homes Yorkshire in Bentley, Doncaster has got under way.
The new Hastings Place development is located less than three miles away from Doncaster city centre and will contain a mixture of contemporary two, three and four-bedroom homes.
A variety of schemes will be on offer to help buyers, including the Government-backed Help to Buy, Persimmon’s Part Exchange and Home Change packages.
Kevin Thubron, Sales Director at Persimmon Homes Yorkshire, said: “We believe the extensive choice of house styles at Hastings Place will appeal to a range of buyers.
“Just a short distance from the city centre and in walking distance to a rail station, Bentley has its own sense of community.
“And the nearby schools, academies, shops, community hall and park make Hastings Place a very attractive place to set up home.”
Sales on the properties are expected to open in May with the first residents being able to move in this autumn.
In March, Persimmon Homes Yorkshire announced plans to begin work this summer on The Weald – a 115 home multi-million pound development in Easingwold.
The Weald will again feature a combination of two, three and four-bedroom homes plus a range of two bedroom bungalows.
The development marks a return to Easingwold for the housebuilder, who have built new properties in the area previously.
Mr Thubron commented: ““We are delighted to be returning to such an attractive and welcoming town. The Weald is a much larger development offering a greater range of house sizes and designs which will appeal to a wider range of house buyers.”
The first properties at The Weald are expected to be available in July to buy off-plan.
