Knight Knox launches second phase of luxury Salford Development

Knight Knox and Fortis Developments have launched plans for second phase of Adelphi Wharf, a luxury Salford based residential scheme.

Based on Adelphi Street on the bank of the River Irwell, the scheme is made up of three phases, with phase one of the £75M scheme now sold out. The location is within walking distance of Manchester city centre.

With construction underway, the second phase will comprise of 163 of the schemes total 593 units and is due for completion in the third quarter of 2017.

The 450,000 sq ft development will include secure bicycle storage, an on-site gymnasium, concierge reception area, secure underground parking and landscaped gardens.

Michael Fenlon, Sales Director at Knight Knox, said: “The last 12 months have witnessed significant investment into Salford’s regeneration and the city’s development doesn’t show signs of slowing down throughout 2016.

“We’re thrilled to be launching the second phase of this high-quality residential property. It offers valuable opportunities to investors and I’ve no doubt that this phase will echo the sales success of the first.”

The development will be let and block managed in its entirety by Fortis Lettings and Management.
