HB Reavis is continuing with its programme of expansion London following the purchase of its fourth site on London’s South Bank next to Waterloo Station.
The purchased building, Elizabeth House, dates back to the 1960s and has been earmarked for redevelopment for over a decade.
HB Reavis has already secured planning permission for two new buildings public realm and it is envisaged the development will trigger regeneration in the South Bank area.
The project will see the creation of a new 118 metre high 29-storey building that will provide offices and residential units plus a 10-storey building delivering office and retail space.
Overall, 88 000 sq m will be available fordevelopment, including 70 000 sq m of commercial floorspace, 142 homes and public space totalling 18,000 sq m.
HB Reavis is currently working on three other construction projects in the capital – 33 Central, Cooper & Southwark and 20 Farringdon Street.
